Lisa will be sitting in on a few songs at Brooklyn Music Kitchen with her husband Thomas Millioto’s music collective project, Atelier. There will be three band performances, Heart of Gold, FMand Platinum. The afternoon starts off with singer/songwriter Elaina Harper. Doors open at 3pm.
Atelier is your resource for musical involvement that makes sense for you. It’s a forum for honing the skill sets needed for a great band to function, skills that go beyond playing an instrument or singing such as: selecting material, achieving a good blend between the band’s musical forces live, counter-intuitive but effective rehearsal techniques, and tips for a better live performance.
