“I met Lisa first as a musician. She showed up at The Sunset Singing Circle, a sing-along I lead in a park in New York City. So here came Lisa with her banjo. From the first downbeat she lent an infectious energy with an unerring sense of the chords in every song without so much as looking at the songbook. Who IS this person? I thought. Fast forward to the present when Lisa and I have co-produced and released a project, Kin Ya See That Sun, a book which is also an album of songs. I’m so glad I knew Lisa as a musician first. It’s difficult to describe the way in which you come to know a person when you have a special chemistry playing music together. We segued right into a comfortable relationship working on the technical aspects of releasing a creative project. I had a wonderful team of people who helped me create this project. I’m grateful to every one of them. And I know I could not have done this project without Lisa’s patient professional assistance. Like all her other clients here, I feel so lucky to have found her.”

“In my capacity as Stage Manager and Musical Director for May Pang’s high profile musical events, I have relied on the considerable talents of Lisa Brigantino for years. A virtuoso on multiple instruments in many genres, Lisa possesses that rare intangible attribute of inborn, innate talent, well beyond what can be learned or practiced. I have full confidence when I enlist her skills alongside major artists, at NYC’s finest venues. Her willingness to invest time in preparation and pre-production is yet another valuable quality that makes her absolutely indispensable. Lisa’s fine vocals, cheerful attitude and team spirit round out a formidable musical career.”

“Lisa and I have worked together on multiple recording projects and concerts, and she is easily one of the finest musicians and music directors out there. A multi-instrumentalist adept in a variety of musical styles, Lisa is able to combine these talents with an innate sense of kindness and spirit of collaboration, making every project with her a dream. Thank you, Lisa!”

“When I decided I wanted to record a CD of some of my favorite songs, I called on Lisa to see how to go about it, knowing that she and her husband had their own recording studio, and that Lisa, aside from being a talented songwriter and performer herself, also worked in the music rights field. She not only set me up with their studio, and negotiated the complicated world of rights and royalties, but also offered to play for me. So, I came to her with a variety of songs, styles and instrumentation ideas, and she proceeded to nimbly turn them into tailor-made arrangements, and laid down not only piano tracks for me, but accordion and mandolin as well! I had found my arranger, accompanist, instrumentalist and musical director in one extremely talented person! Once the CD was released, she then urged me to promote it with a cabaret performance, for which she also accompanied and musical directed. Collaborating with Lisa in any capacity is a dream come true, but with so many talents to offer, she takes the experience to a whole other level!”

“Lisa Brigantino was one of the first bass players I worked with in New York and I absolutely love playing with her. In addition to bass, she’s also played guitar, piano, and provided vocals on several of my gigs. She a first class musician and an excellent reader with fabulous creative artistry, and she’s a genuine team player. Any time I’ve brought Lisa onto a gig with a music director who didn’t already know her, they ended up loving her. I always look forward to an opportunity to play with Lisa and she always brings the perfect energy and musicianship to all my shows. I have never done a show with her where someone didn’t come up to me and rave about her after.”
