Join us for a great night of live music benefiting our friends of the band Sirsy to help Mel (lead singer & drummer) kick cancer’s ass!
Melanie Krahmer and her husband Rich Libutti are the band Sirsy. They are friends of ours who are not only incredibly talented musicians, but they are also truly amazing people who have given so much to all of us with their music and generous spirits.
Sirsy is one of the hardest working indie bands in the business, playing up to 200 shows a year. They recently had to cancel their upcoming west coast tour to deal with Mel’s diagnosis and treatment plan. Touring is Sirsy’s livelihood and any hiatus for them isn’t easy, so we’ve put together a evening of music at their favorite NYC club with some of their favorite musicians with 100% of the proceeds going straight to Mel and Rich.
The concert will feature a reunion set by former members of Lez Zeppelin (the world’s first all girl Led Zeppelin tribute band): Lisa Brigantino, Gus aka Destroy and Sarah McLellan with Tomi Millioto for a set of Zeppelin favorites, an acoustic set from Lisa & Lori Brigantino, plus a cash raffle for Sirsy merch/cds and more! Doors open at 6:30pm for a 7pm sharp start! The event runs til 9pm.
*** NOTE: Pre-sale tickets have ended but there are still tickets available at the door for $35 cash (plus a 2 drink min). All ages – under 18 w/ a parent or guardian.
